How long we keep it

  • Images of works that are not selected: deleted within 60 days of the announcement.
  • Selected works and the name of a selected artist: kept permanently. The list of selected artists and the exhibition page do not expire, so that a selection can be cited. You may ask us to replace or withdraw an image; the name entry remains.
  • Entry details and payment records: kept for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records (in Korea, five years), then deleted.
  • Unpaid drafts: are not entries; they are deleted periodically.
  • Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.
